soap
If you've been dreaming of making your own bread and pizza but are too busy and don't know where to start, this workshop is for you!

Ilaria, the teacher, grew up in Italy so she knows what real pizza is meant to taste like! Since coming to Australia 20 years ago, she has been perfecting a simple and quick recipe that gives great results, as well as testing easily available ingredients to find the ones that give the most authentic flavour.

In this workshop you will learn simple pizza and bread recipes, plus shortcuts and tricks to fit these activities into your busy schedule.

The workshop will also cover how to make pizza sauce and selecting toppings.

You will eat the pizza you make for lunch and take home some bread dough to bake at home.

**While it is certainly possible to make gluten free pizza and bread, these techniques are NOT covered in this workshop**
